1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Processing Time
All orders are subject to a minimum of 48 hours for processing and packaging once the order is placed.
1.2 Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery timelines for orders within India are estimated between 3 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to courier delays, weather conditions, or government restrictions.
1.3 Order Tracking
Tracking details will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the customer at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their contact details when placing an order.

2. Return & Exchange Policy
2.1 Final Sale Policy
All sales are considered final. Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified once payment has been successfully processed and order confirmation has been issued.
2.2 Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are permitted only in cases of defective products.
To be eligible for an exchange, customers must provide a clear video recording of the unboxing as proof of defect at the time of delivery.
2.3 Exchange Request Timeline
Customers must raise an exchange request within four (4) calendar days of receiving the product.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible for consideration.
2.4 Condition of Returned Items
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact to qualify for an exchange.
2.5 Inspection & Approval
Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will conduct a thorough inspection.
Customers will be notified of the receipt of the item and subsequently updated regarding the approval or rejection of the exchange request.
The decision of the inspection team shall be considered final and binding.
